The 1stSales Lead Retrieval app allows you to efficiently capture, annotate, and qualify leads at trade shows where 1stSales is the chosen lead retrieval service provider. Whether you use your own device or ours, this app provides a seamless experience for managing your leads.

Getting started is simple:

1. Download and install the app.
2. Register using the provided reg-key "AAA-111" to try out the app.
3. Sign up for our service at https://1stsales.com/signup to receive the reg-key specific to the trade show where you will be exhibiting.
4. Use this reg-key for all your representatives at the show at no additional charge.

Key features of the app include:

• Customize your lead qualifiers before or during the show. You can color-code them for easy reference and set selected qualifiers for automatic qualification of leads.
• Add notes to leads either by typing or using the speech-to-text functionality.
• Efficiently scan one lead at a time to view, edit, annotate, and qualify individually. Alternatively, use the "repeat" mode to quickly scan multiple badge bar-codes without pausing between scans.
• Forward leads to multiple email inboxes with just a few clicks.
• With a single click, easily call, email, text, or locate a prospect on a map. You can also quickly search for their organization and contact information online, including their website and social media accounts.
• Sort your leads by different criteria such as contact, company, state, country, scan date/time, or any custom qualifiers you have set up.
• Search for leads containing specific text in any of the lead fields.
• Add leads manually for attendees without a bar-coded badge.
• View your leads in real time on a web page and download them in XLS, Tab-Delimited, or CSV formats throughout the show.
• After the conference, attendees receive an email containing the profiles of exhibitors who scanned them, including their organization's logo, message, contacts, and links to sales collateral, websites, and social media accounts.
• The app works even in areas with limited internet access. Internet connection is only required when you log in at the show, customize qualifiers to share with your booth co-workers, use speech-to-text functionality, or upload leads for web view and download. Ordinary cell phone network is sufficient; Wi-Fi is not necessary.
• We support 1D (code39) barcodes, allowing exhibitors to choose between our app or our key-fob-sized scanners, or both.
